As their 2010 grant from the Department of Labor draws to a close, the Iron Workers Union and the Ironworker Management Progressive Action Cooperative Trust (IMPACT) take stock of the last year’s progress and look forward to training their members as experts in the highly marketable field of wind turbine erection.
