The Ironworkers encourage interested apprentices, instructors and coordinators to continue their education and pursue their associate’s degree through Ivy Tech Community College of Indiana. Ironworker coordinators and instructors who attend the annual training program may pursue an Associate of Applied Science in Industrial Training through Washtenaw Community College. Those Ironworkers completing their two-year degree may also pursue their bachelor's degree through the National Labor College.  For the most current information regarding the National Labor College, refer to their 2012 - 2013 viewbook.
